Sometimes God throws a few curveballs your way. You may not be ready to hit them. Instead, you swing and miss – you swing and miss – you swing and miss.
But, that’s not all. He seems to keep throwing those curveballs every single time you step up to the plate. Again and again and again, you strike out.
You get frustrated, you cry for endless hours at a time, you try everything in the books there is to try.

Every pregnant woman out there starts her journey with a different ballgame in her head. If the game I started this blog with is you, I encourage you to stay strong. Always keep in mind that God has a plan for you. Be patient – when the time is just right, you will be blessed (either through your own pregnancy journey or through adoption), and no matter which one he chooses, the end result will be a miracle – a sweet, adorable little blessing.
And that blessing will totally be worth the wait.
